Blue Sages, Inc. is an engineering firm focused in providing services to the Medical Device industry. Our headquarters is in St. Paul, Minnesota, although many of our teammates work around the US, and can travel on site for our customers.

Ryan Wagner
​Owner | CEO

Ryan received his degree in Mathematics and Business from Concordia College. Ryan has consulted to the Medical Device industry in many aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle, including requirements management, development operations, tooling, management, verification and validation.​

Anthony Hanson
Owner | CFO

Anthony studied Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering at the U of M. Tony has consulted to the Medical Device industry for Software Verification and Validation, including building teams, custom tooling, training, and management. He has completed over 50 medical device software systems. 

Madison Morrow
Account Manager | Business Development

Madison received her Bachelor's of Science degree from Bemidji State University, and has since been in staffing and recruiting from both a retail and agency perspective. Her hope is to connect our consultants and clients with the best fit possible while supporting our internal business operations.
